About the serviceFrom Europe to Tashkent there are two routes, and the customer chooses between them. The first runs through Turkey, the Caucasus and the Alat — Aktau ferry. It suits any cargo, and a full truck takes 15 to 27 days on it, groupage 18 to 33. The second runs through Belarus and Russia. It is faster, 10–22 days by full truck and 13–28 by groupage, but it is not open to every cargo, because restrictions apply on this path. The manager checks which option is available for your cargo when preparing the quote. We count transit time from loading at the shipper to unloading in Tashkent.
Through Turkey, the Caucasus and the ferry. The truck leaves Germany or Italy, crosses the EU–Turkey border at Kapikule and drives through Turkey. It crosses into Georgia at Sarpi, enters Azerbaijan at Red Bridge and continues to the port of Alat. A ferry crosses the Caspian Sea to Aktau in Kazakhstan. From Aktau the truck drives across Kazakhstan and enters Uzbekistan at the Tazhen — Daut-Ata crossing. Import customs clearance is done in Uzbekistan.
Through Belarus and Russia. The truck crosses the EU–Belarus border at Kukuryki — Kozlovichi, where the cargo is usually transferred to the truck that continues the journey. It then drives through Belarus and Russia, crosses the Russia–Kazakhstan border and enters Uzbekistan at Zhibek Zholy.

For Frankfurt via Turkey the time adds up roughly like this: 12–14 days on the road, about a day for loading, 1–2 days at Kapikule, 1–3 days at Sarpi, half a day to a day at Red Bridge, 2–5 days for the ferry, and 1–2 days for entry into Uzbekistan and Tazhen — Daut-Ata. The total of 16–27 days is not a simple sum of the highest values, because delays at every stage at once are rare. The upper limit allows for the worst case only at the narrowest point, and here that is the ferry.
On the route through Belarus and Russia the narrowest point is the EU–Belarus border, where we allow 1 to 5 days. Add the transfer at the terminal near the border, 1–2 days, and the Russia–Kazakhstan border, half a day to a day and a half. With several borders on the way, add a day for weekends, when checkpoints work more slowly.
The second factor is paperwork. Cargo is most often held up by mistakes in the invoice or missing certificates, so we check the documents before dispatch.
Groupage takes 3–6 days longer than a full truck: the truck is put together from several consignments.
The most common cargo from Europe is equipment, spare parts, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and cars. A full truck makes sense from 10 tonnes or 40 m³, and we use tilt trucks, reefers and container carriers. For medicines and cosmetics that need a set temperature, choose a reefer and say so in your request. For smaller loads, use groupage, starting from a few pallets.
From your supplier you need the invoice, the packing list and the contract. If your goods require certificates, for example a certificate of conformity, ask the supplier for them in advance.
We take care of the rest: we prepare the CMR consignment note, the TIR carnet and the customs declaration, and we select the HS code from the description of your goods. If you need a certificate of origin, we help you obtain it.
