A groupage truck (LTL, or part load) is put together from the cargo of several customers. You take a part of the space and pay only for it. It suits shipments from a single pallet, small consignments and regular deliveries when the date is flexible. If the cargo is over 10 tonnes or 40 m³, you need a fixed date, or the goods are fragile or temperature-sensitive, a full truck is the better choice.
We receive the cargo at a partner's warehouse, in Tashkent or in the country of origin: we do not have a warehouse of our own. There we check the packaging and marking, accept the cargo by the number of pieces and its appearance, photograph it and secure it firmly in the truck. Fragile or valuable goods are best packed in crates or on pallets, and we will explain how. We are responsible for the cargo from the moment it is received until it is unloaded.
How the price is calculated
The price is calculated by volume or by weight, whichever is greater after conversion. As a rule, 1 m³ is treated as 250–300 kg, and the manager makes the exact calculation. For example, a pallet of 1.2 m³ weighing 200 kg is charged by volume: after conversion it counts as 300–360 kg, which is more than the actual weight. This shows the logic and is not a tariff: there are no prices on the site because rates change every day.
Small consignments are charged by volume, and the minimum is one pallet. If time is critical for you, the manager will also calculate the cost of a full truck so that you can compare.
Timing and schedule
The truck is usually put together once a week, so groupage takes longer than a full truck. Transit time depends on the route and on when the truck fills up. On long routes the extra time is usually 3–6 days, and on short ones, for example Kazakhstan, less. The manager gives you the current departure schedule as part of the quote. For times to specific countries, see the route pages, for example from China and from Turkey.

Questions and answers
What's the minimum shipment size?
From one pallet. We'll quote smaller shipments by volume.
How often does the truck leave?
Usually once a week. If timing is critical, we'll also quote a full truck for comparison.
Where is the truck consolidated?
At a partner warehouse — in Tashkent or in the country of dispatch. We don't have our own warehouse.
Who is responsible for the cargo during consolidation?
We are, from the moment we receive the cargo until unloading.
Can you handle customs clearance?
Yes, together with the transport.
How is the groupage rate calculated?
By volume or weight, whichever is greater. Usually 1 m³ is counted as 250–300 kg; the manager gives the exact calculation.
Will my cargo get damaged next to other shipments?
We accept cargo by piece count and condition, photograph it and secure it firmly in the truck. For fragile or valuable cargo we recommend crating or palletising — we'll advise on the best way.
